Not quite. Sending the form reserves your preferred time in our queue, then we call you back during business hours to confirm it. That way you never turn up to a slot we cannot cover.
How soon can someone come out?
That depends on the day and the type of work. If you need help urgently, calling (253) 397-8747 is always faster than the form, and emergency calls are prioritized.
What if I need to change the time?
Just call (253) 397-8747 and we'll move it. Let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Do you charge for the visit?
We provide free estimates for new installations and major repairs. For diagnostic visits we explain any charge upfront before we begin, so you can decide before committing.
